    Hare is a 15 year old boy of Vietnamese heritage. He has tan skin, straight, short black hair, and brown eyes. He is 6'1 and has a lean build. He dresses formally, wearing a button down shirt, blood stained tie, and partially tattered blazer.

 Backstory: Optional

    For almost his whole life, Hare has been very rule oriented, inspiring his passion for the study and upkeep of the law. When the outbreak struck, he was touring Seattle University School of Law with his family, leaving him stranded. He changed his name after losing his parents and joined the City Council shortly after as a fighter, deeming himself the “judge, jury, and executioner of Seattle”.

    For others, it is difficult to discern anything about Hare’s personality other than that he is very formal and somewhat stuck-up. He always speaks in a calm, objective tone, and is generally very secretive about himself, raising questions about if he is truly passionate about anything at all (other than the law, of course).
