Personality: Class clown who often tries to make the situation light. Fails at hiding his emotions.
Backstory: Only child who used to go fishing with his dad every Saturday.
    He was at the boardwalk just after the outbreak started to mourn his father, who looked quite dreadful once he started showing signs of infection. Neptune ended up joining because he didn't know where else to go.

A light-skinned boy who wears jeans, a "MILF: Man I Love Fishing" shirt, occasionally and a "DILF Hunter" hat. In the image, there are three drawings of Neptune. None of them are wearing the hat. The first one is him sitting on a crate in jeans and the shirt. The other two drawings are just Neptune's head, one just a close-up on his face and one without his hair dye. 

Undyed, he has very lightly-colored hair. He plans on using berries to keep his hair red.

He has a soft-shaped face and a button nose. He wears his hair in a ponytail whenever he can.

- Went to Nova High School (about 1 hour of a walk away from the aquarium)
- Has sunglasses, but only wears them when he's sleeping as to look awake. Might wear them when he wants to look cool, though.
- Doesn't really like being at the Boardwalk, but enjoys fishing enough to stay.
