Backstory
Before the outbreak Avian lived on a medium sized farm in the outskirts of Seattle. While the farm did grow crops, it was mainly used to breed a large variety of birds. Of all the birds on the farm though, crows seemed to be her favorite. One day her parents decided to let her attempt to hatch and raise a few crows on her own. After several incidents she was successful and named them Shoelace, Egg, and Faygo. When the outbreak came around a few months later it became increasingly difficult to properly provide for the large amount of birds on the farm. So when news came of a large car crash her parents were involved in, she released the birds. She reasoned it would be kinder to let them loose than to let them starve in their pens. She also knew she wouldn't stand a chance if raiders ever came knocking at the door, so she packed up and left. The only birds that followed were the crows she had raised. Fast forward to today and now she's a quick and stealthy wanderer of Seattle, drifting between factions and delivering messages when requested.

Avian has the ability to talk to and understand crows. This does not mean any wild crow will obey her though, she actually has to befriend them first.
